How can I get in contact with you if I have a question?
We are very responsive via Instagram DM www.instagram.com/hiphooraymail and Facebook Messenger www.facebook.com/hiphooraymail and check email firstname.lastname@example.org regularly also.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to be sent to different addresses?
Absolutely! Just follow the below:
If each recipient is receiving the same box or items:
- Select the quantity of each box or item required
- Make sure in the notes section of the curated box or the Gift Mailer Box you write each recipient's Name and Personalised message (Don't worry there will be enough room)
- As only one shipping address is permitted in the checkout process be sure to add all the recipient's Full Name, Address and any additional Messages in the 'Notes' section at the checkout.
- Either process one order at a time, or alternatively you can drop us an email at email@example.com listing each recipient's unique list of gifts or curated box and we'll make sure the right box gets to the right person!

Where do I put the recipient's name and address?
During the check out process, there will be a section to add the Billing Details (that's you) and the Shipping Details (that's the recipient). You can also add any extra names, addresses or comments in the 'Notes' section also at the checkout. NB When you enter the shipping details, just ensure that the 'shipping address' is the recipient's address, not your address.
Where do I put in my personalised message to the recipient?
If you are selecting a Curated Celebration Box, please write your message (and who the gift is from) in the Message section on the Celebration Box page.
If you are selecting the Build Your Own Box option, please write your message on the Mailer Gift Box page.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can add to a curated Celebration Box?
Yes. Generally we recommend a limit of 2 add on items to a curated Celebration Box. When browsing the add on items, each product will have a note regarding whether that particular item has a limit placed on it.
Why is there a limit to the number of Add On's I can add to a box?
Our Celebration Boxes are already jam packed with fun, so there is a limit to how much more we can fit in there. If you would prefer to curate your own box, perhaps look at using the Build Your Own Box option.
How many items can you put in a Build Your Own Box option?
We think the sweet spot is between 5-7 items, however depending on the item's size we may either be able to fit more or less.
Eg if you would like to add two cans of prosecco, there is not much space for any other bulky items such as the Fluffy Crunch. If you would like to send a box with large range of multiples items, please reach out via email or DM to discuss options.
What is the size of your gift boxes?
Our boxes are 220mm(L) x 160mm(W) x 85mm(H) - So think of an A5 sheet of paper, that's basically the size of the box.
I'm not sure all the gift items I have selected will fit!
If you are unsure if your items will fit, add all the desired gift items to the cart, take a screen shot of the cart and send it to us via email or DM on instagram. We'll be in touch soon to let you know if it'll fit.
- Our mailer boxes are A5 in size and 8cm high
- The size of your items will determine how many gifts can fit into your box
- 5-7 items will fit into the box comfortably
- If you are selecting larger or bulky items (such as cans of drink or tubs of Fluffy Crunch), stick to 5 items
- If you are selecting light-weight, flat or small items you may go to 7 items (or more depending on the items)
I have been given a Spotify Cookie. What do I do with it?Just follow these simple steps:
- Open their Spotify app (the free version works too)
- Go to the Search tab and hit the camera button on the top right of the screen
- Scan the code. Easy!
Something to note if you have a free Spotify account. Because Spotify wants to push you to a premium account, if you scan the code (same or different) more than once in a row, Spotify will add in songs they think you might like to hear first to allow you to get to the one that's on the cookie. If this happens, try it on another phone, or wait a couple of hours and try again.
How can I pay?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards, PayPal. All items are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, at this stage we are only shipping within Australia. Bummer, I know!
How do I track my gift box?
You'll get a message from us once your order is shipped which includes an AusPost tracking number or click here.
What if I need my gift box urgently?
If you left your celebration to the last minute, don't worry! We can express post your selected items. Express Post can be selected at the check out
Do you offer a local pick-up?
Unfortunately, we don't offer local pick up at this stage.
Do you do custom Corporate orders?
Sure do! We can completely customise your order to your specific needs and brand, even down to a custom printed box. Have specific gift items in mind? No problems! We can source all of the items for you or use items you have already sourced. We can organise delivery to multiple locations also. Reach out via email or DM to discuss your needs more.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, as much as possible. We use cardboard mailing boxes and shredded paper inside to protect the items. We encourage you to keep or reuse the boxes! We are constantly working to improving all of our items to be eco friendly and supportive of local small business where we can. Payment Security & Website Security
All card payments are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Our website is powered by Shopify - it uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which ensures that all data between a web server and a browser remains encrypted.
